A little help getting aboard.

Watch, explore and manage your membership. Start with the part you need.

Watching on your device

LONGWAVE plays in your web browser. Try Episode 1 free on the device you want to use. No account is needed for that episode.

Phone, tablet or computer

Open LONGWAVE in your browser. If you arrived inside Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, use that app’s menu to open the page in your normal browser.
Choose an episode and press Play. For member episodes, sign in with the email used for your subscription.
Use the player’s controls for sound and full screen. Turn your phone sideways for a wider picture.

If playback stops or stays blank

Reload the page, check your connection, then try the free episode in an updated browser. If free playback works but a member episode stays locked, check your plan in Account. Contact us if it still does not open.

TV and casting

There is no dedicated LONGWAVE TV app. Casting and TV browser playback depend on your device and browser; compatibility is not confirmed for every setup. Try the free episode before relying on a TV for watching.

Keep LONGWAVE on your Home Screen

Add a shortcut or install the web app for quicker access. This does not download episodes for offline viewing.

iPhone or iPad

Open LONGWAVE in Safari, open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. If it is missing, check Edit Actions. Follow the options shown on your device. Apple’s instructions ↗

Android with Chrome

Open Chrome’s menu beside the address bar, choose Add to home screen, then Install if offered. The wording can vary by browser. Chrome’s instructions ↗

Computer

If your browser offers an install icon or Install option in its menu, follow that prompt. You can also bookmark LONGWAVE. You can keep watching in a browser without installing anything.

Walk the ship

Start on the bridge. Free rooms are open without an account. Doors marked Crew lead to member areas.

Move your mouse or drag the view to look around. Use the named room buttons to move.
Open Map to choose a destination. On a phone, tap the room title to open or fold its description.
On a keyboard, Tab moves between controls. Enter activates a control. P opens the deck plan; Escape closes the current panel, then the tour.
Choose Leave to return to the page. Hide the interface gives you a clearer view; the same button shows it again.

If a room cannot load, try another browser or device. The tour uses more graphics and data than a normal page.

Vagrant

Vagrant is a work in progress included with membership. It requires a computer with a keyboard and mouse. It is not a phone game.

Open Vagrant for its current entry instructions. Sign in first if your member access is not recognised.

Account and billing

Use Account to check your membership and sign-in email. Choose Manage subscription to view the current plan and renewal or access date, then open billing to change your payment method, review invoices, change plan or cancel.

Cancellation is completed in the billing portal. Read the confirmation and access-end date there. During a trial, cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge.

If you subscribed through Patreon, use the Patreon management link in your account. If a payment needs attention, the account page links to billing to update it.

Cannot sign in?

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. Check your email’s spam folder too. Make sure you are using the same email as your subscription.

Find the crew on Discord

Open Account and choose Connect Discord.
Check the Discord account shown before you approve the connection.
Return to Account and choose Open LONGWAVE on Discord. Read the server rules when you arrive.

Member channels follow your active plan. Operator and Founding Crew include Operator channels. The Cutting Room contains unreleased material and has a separate, optional spoiler choice in Account.

If a channel is missing, check that the linked Discord account is the one you use and that your plan is active.
